The mission is encounter with the Arabs attacking.  The Arabs put the PT-76s, AA, and the third T-55 platoon i scattered reserves.  They deploy their arty in the back right corner with a T-55 platoon on the ridge on the right flank and another on the left flank.  The Israelis put their mortars and a second Sho't platoon in reserve.  They start with just a single Sho't platoon in the scrub in the center with the CIC on the hill to their left.
The Sho'ts try to move up to the ridge but two bog in the scrub! I forgot about the wide tracks right here...
The Israeli CIC manages to bail two T-55s on the left flank
And the Sho't platoon leader (the only unbogged member of the damn platoon) knocks out a T-55 from the company on the right flank
 The Israeli's first turn
The Arabs bring on their AA in the center of the board to support their advance
The Arabs on the left flank move up but can't shoot at the Israeli CIC
Arab artillery innefectively peppers the Sho't platoon commander
Their first turn sees the Arabs pushing up on both flanks
An Israeli Jet swoops in on the left flank T-55s
But is seen off by a combination of self defense AA and ZSU-57-2 fire
The CIC Sho't knocks out a T-55 and bails another
While the Sho't platoon commander pops the arty observer
While the rest of his platoon unbogs and moves up to pop three T-55s
The Israeli disposition after turn two.  Their mortars arrive on the right flank
The T-55s on the left rush forward but are just out of range to contest the objective
While the company on the left leaves behind a bogged comrade as they rush toward the right objective
The Arabs get their PT-76s in the center
The Arab Artillery remains benign to the well armored Sho'ts

The Sho't platoon on the center hill rushes back to support the left objective
And work with the CIC to knock out
The Israelis get their second Sho't platoon but they come on the right flank
They rush forward to bail out three of the T-55s on the right flank
The Israelis spend the turn scrambling to counter the rapid Arab advance
The Arabs get their third T-55 platoon in the center and rush it forward
The Arabs rush their PT-76s forward looking for rear shots on the Sho'ts
The right flank T-55s rush forward but fail their alamam move to contest the objective
The left T-55s swarm the objective and the Israeli CIC
The three side shots result in a penetration but the Arabs fail the 2+ firepower!
And the PT-76s can't get a five to hit the rear of the sho't platoon

The CIC sho't fails his first remount roll but hops back in with protected ammo
He then retreats to and blasts two T-55s
While the Sho't platoon on the hill blasts the rest of the company.  They leave just the company commander bailed but he makes his check!
The Arab AA scares off the Israeli Jet again
The Israelis are able to stop the Arab attack on the right flank but have to move their mortar half-tracks to contest the right objective while the right Sho't platoon moves around the treeline and fields.
The center T-55s move over the hill to press the right objective
The right T-55 platoon moves over the objective and pops two of the mortars
And the last remaining mortar fails his morale test and the re-roll.  There are no Israelis who can get there fast enough to contest next turn so the Arabs take the objective!

It was quite an exciting game that really demonstrated the strengths of both armies.  Early on I thought the Israelis were going to smack the Arabs silly but they simply couldn't kill them fast enough.  The Arabs weren't able to hurt the Sho'ts but they definitely maneuvered themselves into some good side shots but the Israelis had some great armor saves and the Arabs failed some critical firepower checks.  The Arab AA was able to completely neutralize the deadly Israeli jets.  I really enjoy playing in this scale.  It just works great for this kind of tank battle.
